Data protection compliance

KytoGen and the GDPR

The GDPR has been in force since May 25, 2018 and regulates data protection law and thus the handling of personal data by companies across Europe. KytoGen fully complies with the GDPR with all of its functions – both in terms of the application and its functions as well as the data processing in the background.

KytoGen and the external examination

Kyto commissions recognized external lawyers for data protection law in order to have not only the existing application but also the further development continuously checked and legally secured. In this way we ensure that we are legally secure not only now, but also in the future!

Data economy

We only collect and process the data that are absolutely necessary to identify and qualify your B2B website visitors and make them available to you for administration. We neither collect nor process data that is not relevant for this.

Legitimate interest

The GDPR grants website operators a legitimate interest in measuring how many visitors their website has and also finding out who they are – provided that, as in our case, only company-related data is made available.

Cookie-less tracking

KytoGen works completely without cookies – and without sacrificing accuracy or quality! You will not lose any relevant traffic as a result. If you have any questions about data protection, please contact us by email at datenschutz@kyto.com.
